  1. Sit in any comfortable asana, for example Sukhasana, Padmasana or Vajrasana
  2. Vigorously rub the palms of both hands until the hands are warm.
  3. Place your hands over your closed eyes gently without exerting pressure.
  4. The energy from the hands will be transferred from the hands to the eyes.
  5. Keep your hands over your eyes until your hands return to normal temperature.
  6. Repeat the same sequence at least 3 times.
* Please note that while practicing this eye yoga exercise the palms should cover the eyes and not the fingers.
